I can’t believe you are going to be 4 in less than one month. It seems like yesterday that I had my little newborn cuddling up to me and even though you still love to cuddle it isn’t the same. You and your sister had a lot of fun playing in the leaves but unfortunately the weather turned cold fast. A few weekends ago we had a terrible snow storm (or winter storm as you like to call it). If your father and I would have planned better we wouldn’t have had to go out in it, but sometimes things can’t be helped. When I got off of work there was maybe 4 inches of snow on the ground and it was the light, fluffy kind. We decided to head to Country Kitchen for a quick bite to eat
and then over to Wal-Mart to do some quick shopping. By the time we left Wal-Mart it was a mix of snow and sleet and the winds were so high that you started to cry because it hurt you. You still tell me how much you didn’t like that winter storm, lol!
There are a lot of people out there (your Ahma for one) who hate this time of year because the of the snow, the cold, or some combination of the two. I am not one of these people. The only thing I don’t like doing is driving in the snow, but I do think that it is really beautiful!
You and your sister are both so excited about Christmas, and number one on the Santa list is anything having to do with the princesses. Your favorite princess is Sleeping Beauty so maybe Santa will find some things with her on them. You also love to dress up and put on jewelry, and love playing with your dolls.
We also took you to see where you are going to be going to school next year…did I just say school next year? They have a 4K class (which is similar to Kindgergarten but for 4 year olds) and I think it would be good for you to get some social interaction with other kids. It breaks my heart just thinking of you going to any kind of school, that is why I try to enjoy all the time I can with you and your sister…before you know it you will both be in school full-time and you both are pretty independent.
I love you my little Ronikins and will write more soon!
